Last Low Key Weekend for Awhile. . . .

I've been doing a whole lot of nothing this weekend. I was hoping to go to Chargers FanFest (free event at the stadium) yesterday, but both the hubby and I forgot and when he got home from work in the morning he didn't feel like going. I was pretty bummed, but there's always next year.


Anyway, on Friday I had a special treat! My sis-in-law asked me to watch my niece for the morning, and my nephew Joey decided to stay with me too! I was thrilled about this because I hadn't been able to spend time with Joey in almost a month, so it was long overdue :)

I have no clue what she was doing, lol.

Still don't, ha ha, but I love that girl :)

Mine and Joey's favorite thing to do, sit on the patio and have one of our conversations, always fun to hear what's on the mind of a five-year old :)

My nephew Reese made me this rose out of duct-tape. Isn't it the coolest thing? I need to have him show me how to make them!

And last but not least, outgoing from. . . uummm, I think Tuesday? Yeah, I'm a little behind, whoops!

Going to Abbye.  The two little flowers are rub-ons that were in my package pals swap, I have fallen in love with them, I'm going to have to find more!

So, that's all for now. I have one more letter to write today and then I'll be all caught up (for now). 


Just a head's up to everyone, my next few weeks are going to be incredibly busy, especially the next 5 weekends in a row (ugh). David's sister is coming down from Northern California with her three daughters, they will be here some time today, so the next 10 days are filled with all sorts of stuff, so I probably won't be around much.  So don't worry if I don't check in for awhile! And then I'll probably have several posts once things settle down to share adventures with everyone!
