Sunday Shopping Trip (On the Computer)!

So, my penpalling supplies are in sad need of restocking, most of what I have is packed away in a huge box in our storage unit, and of course, it's the box at the very bottom. . . not easy access!

So, I was looking around online, because I'm already bored with some notepads that I bought. I got the bright idea to check out http://www.currentcatalog.com/.  While they aren't the best place for letter sets, they do have a ton of stickers and notecards and some different notepads. So I started adding things to my "shopping cart" because they are also having a big sale right now. Boxes of notecards, stickers, notepads, and all kinds of other stuff buy one, get one free. They also have a huge sale section, but it was mostly greeting cards (birthday, sympathy, congrats, etc) and I prefer blank ones.

So, I ended up with 4 boxes of 10 notecards (2 boxes were free), 2 sheets of flip-flop envelope seals (I wear flip-flops year-round, sometimes even in the rain) one sheet free, and a $0.99 notepad, my total with shipping was $14. Not too bad! I also found out that if you sign up for their email list (which I did as soon as I went to their site) they almost instantly send you a "Welcome" email with a promo code for 15% off, so on top of the great deals I found, I saved an extra 15%. Not too shabby! I will post pics of my goodies once they arrive (in 10-14 days).

Hope everyone is having a happy Sunday. The sun finally came out here today so I think I'm going to head outside and enjoy it!

  1. I get current magazines in the mail year around! I love their sewing items, and I have even purchased some customized stationery with my name on it. Also, the address labels that I use are from Current. :) Small world!

    1. My mom used to always order stuff, but I hadn't seen one of their catalogs in years. I don't know why I suddenly thought of it the other day, but I'm glad I did :).
